WWII Mount MG, Cal. Composed of Mount, MG Multiple, Cal.50, M45C, and Trailer, 1-Ton, 2-Wheel, MG Mount, M20. The 4 50's are all steel dummies. Does not shoot anything.
I'm 7 years into a one-of-a-kind quad mount. Probably have at least that much into it without 4 dummy guns.
But back to the original post.
I thought I remembered the mounts without dummies for around 14K a few years back.
That one is fully restored but it's going to make a mark in somebodies' wallet.
It is a nice piece of history.
I'm pretty sure this is the same quad mount that I saw at this past Redball show. The current owner specifically asked for a Vietnam era paint job when he had it restored. I looked it over, and it was indeed a nice looking unit!
Seems like I remember seeing some of these available 20 or so years ago for $6-7k? Thought about it but never acted. Agree $75k is dreaming but he's reaching a big audience putting it on ebay. Seller/buyer would be crazy to do it through ebay though.
available in europe without guns and have small torch cuts
