Cannot remember which model these handcarts are...but believe they are shortly before WW1. Uniforms look to be the same as issued from 1910-1918. Several changes were made to some minor pieces of kit just before 6 Apr 1917,but the Marine-pulled,rubber tire carts were used all thru WW1. The Army used the 1917 wood cart with 38" artillery wood wheels pulled by a mule.

Marines have several versions of this Cart but I dont know the official designation. Generic name "Cole Cart".
Seems to be this model. I know this picture below shows a Tripod but they seem to make up boxes for whatever they need to carry.
