Cannot remember which model these handcarts are...but believe they are shortly before WW1. Uniforms look to be the same as issued from 1910-1918. Several changes were made to some minor pieces of kit just before 6 Apr 1917,but the Marine-pulled,rubber tire carts were used all thru WW1. The Army used the 1917 wood cart with 38" artillery wood wheels pulled by a mule.
