I have a 1910 kit I'm haveing built into a semi. In the process of packing it to ship, I found that there are two treaded opening on my water jacket.

One is for a steam hose, is the other a drain hole?

Is there a plug I'm supposed to have?

Yes, a drain and it should have a brass fitting on it and usually hooked to a chain.
