Before everybody gets all worked up it's a semi conversion he cut in half.

It looks like the grip hole is not cut out, and if there is not a bolt block in the rear it is a machine gun.

"The receiver has the bottom milled out so that a full auto grip stick can not be installed and a hardened stop pin welded into the bottom so that a full auto bolt with the lugs on it can not be installed."
