The debate is over. The Democrats can never again claim they are patriotic. Who would ever throw a brand new flag in the trash? Answer: The thousands of Democrats at the Obama convention.

Words fail me to describe my thoughts and utter distaste for the Obongonites. Is this what they call Hope and Change?

That's certinly something I wouldn't have done. But figuring how conventions and other gatherings that size are it is probably not that unusual. You could probably witness the same thing at the Republican convention next week. Still don;t make it any better, though.

I always kept mine ,i put it on the Porch and the wind usually tears it up ,but i dont throw them away ,not like that.
I would think they would want to keep it as a reminder of the convention.
Obama isn't about America ,look at the things his so called pasture said about America. You couldn't expect a lot different from him or his supporters.

Keep in mind - the pictures that showed flags in the trash were taken after the custodial crews cleaned up. It's likely that the delegates and other convention participants had more sense than to throw flags in the trash - but the custodial crews are likely to be composed of the less educated people from our society and people from other countries. They will not have the same ideals regarding the treatment of the U.S. flag.

just like the republican conventioneers do after their convention is over...... if you don't recall, I will tell you, after the 04 convention was over, and the conventioneers were all about gone, and the newscrews were still interviewing pundents, and the kool-aid dispensers, about the convention, you could plainly see the convention floor was littered with those small hand held amercian flags......and it won't be any different when the republlican 08 convention ends.
