Ive just finished building a 1911 from a 80% frame. The disconnector is not protruding far enough thru the hole to be engaged. Its just a FEW thousands to short. (Ive tried 2 disconnectors so far, so I figure its the hole I cut in the frame, not the parts) What do I need to do to get this thing to catch right? She is countersunk to the correct depth, but the angle may be off. (Used hand tools) Do I need to open the hole on the bottom side, wallow out the top side, or just sit and look perplexed?

I dont do perplexed well. I just swear and throw things!
