anybody ever get a list together for converting a 1919a4 to a 1917a1 ? I am planning to buy one of blacksheeps water jackets but I want to make sure that I can get the rest of the parts first, Are they the same as a 1928 ? If so I got a OOW 1928 kit for conparision. Also anybody got the breakdown on the top cover with all the parts named for the rear site assy ? I ordered all the rear site parts from numerich that they had in stock and have a extra ladder from a 1928 but it seems I am still missing parts.

Don't...

Don't for get the topcover latch which can be found in either Sarco's or Numerich Arms websites under the 1917a1 section... You might also want to find a backplate... There was a list of all the parts but right now... the list is down...

Here's a link to some of the pictures after a few of the So. Cal. Guys builds... You'll see on mine it has the shorter handle for the backplate... So there's no place for the T&E to lock into the spring clip on the bottom of the backplate handle...
