If you can stand black brass and the cost of second day air shipping, Brownells will get them to you with time to spare if you order tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. You can buff the black coating off with a fine wire wheel and a light touch.
IMA has dummy '06 rounds, too, but I don't know how quickly they ship.
I have a dozen or so dummy "function test" rounds in the shop but we're closed for the week while I'm out of state herding grandkids. They are pretty beat up for display purposes anyway.
