I disagree.

I'm not MR. big bucks by any means. But I think a set amount of tickets gives the person buying a ticket or tickets a better idea of the odds.

Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Buy the way I have 8 kids, 13 grandkids have to check with the Admiral for great grand kids!
i am if you look in the dictonary the definition of broke. i would however throw 100 bucks towards buying one of those 100 tickets. if you sell an unlimited amount that really puts it to the point you really dont think you will win. if you buy 2 tickets and there is only 100 you got a 1 in 50 chance. thats better than slot odds at the boat....... put me down for that pair if you do it............

I agree a set number of tickets is better . Why not do 300 tickets at $30 each , This is pretty much the same odds per $100 spent so if you bent on the 1 in 100 shot just buy 3 tickets =) This would give the guys a chance to buy a ticket that would not be able to buy it at $100 and keep the odds pretty close to the 1 in 100 if you spend $100.

Ok as of right now, we have the following items as donations:

1. Dixson RSP
2. Internal Modification Machining
3. Spade Grips!
4. Semi Trigger & Sear

As for the raffle I think we are better off selling them for more like $25 per ticket and shoot to sell around 200 tickets. That will raise $5000 for the site.

Gents,

Thanks for volunteering me again!!!! One of these days I'll get to be neutral and participate! :D

Working out the details now, but don't look for this to happen before Christmas... just too short of notice to pull that one off!

Look for a sticky thread later on the 1919 AD board!

I guess I have to start posting sometime instead of just reading and learning. I just bought "Bob's" complete 1919a4 package with ammo. I'm having a great time with it, but I'm definitely in for buying some tickets to support this site. And thanks for all of the info I've learned from all of you.
