I spoke again to Frankie he says we only have one in the collection, he said jmann bought the last six.
Thanks for checking... Guess I can keep running min as is, with the cup and cage assembly left off till I find one or get really industrious on the lathe...

Wait, does Mike Duke have a lathe yet? Hmmm, there's an idea, he always makes progress on projects....

Hey jmann, I just noticed your belt lift quandary. Simple solution, get your damn ammo can a raised stool to sit on so it can relax like you do in your chair. 😉

You know, the only reason the 1919A6 got a booster added was that it was in need of extra belt lift too. Early A6s had the muzzle open for quick barrel changes from the front. That's why the booster is retained by a clip, for fast removal.

When will we see this magnificent pagan God of a Vickers up and throwing shot?
It’s going to be a while. I’m working on the 45/70 stuff.
I got the barrels stubbed and chambers cut last week. Oneproject at a time. I still have to mill in the extractor guides but progress is progress.
