rubber mounted bumper on the back side mg3 bracket. so it does not stress bracket. works fine on aa tripod.
Hi there Glockrock,
I usually like to build off my small chassis's because it keeps everything solid on the gun (no rattling or vibration) when you have it mounted to your 1919.Another thing is that I have to have somewhere to locate the Brass deflector and the link chute. The link chute gives my customers the opportunity to mount additional homemade link bags if they desire. Also underneath the chassis there is a welded pintle that allows you to drop this right into any AA tripod making it dual purpose type adapter.

Feed tray doesnt touch your gun and you dont have to mess with it.

AA pintle already welded underneath

I have to agree, very nice work and it saves buying a AA tripod adaptor. two for one kinda thing. Too bad you can't interchange between 308 and 30-06 some how? How long are you going to be producing these? I may have to put one on order for Christmas. :)

Thanks guys.:)

Indy,
I'll be making these for awhile and should have plenty when your ready to go.Also if you wanted to go with .308 to 30.06 you could go with the 8mm feedtray using the 8mm drum OR go with my other Multi-Caliber A6 adapter which holds more ammo and collects the links also.

Are spare drums available?

CLP,
Yep and the place to get them is at www.robertrtg.com

He's got the German 120 round box's that attach to this and plenty of 50 round drums.Cheapest place on the net to get them and he's a stand up guy with quick shipping usually then next day, unlike me...

Got mine yesterday. Got the spare drums and 120 rnd box last week. Great setup. Very nice workmanship. You added a handle, very convenient. Now I can set up in several different ways, A6, AAtripod, AAtripod w/spades, etc...
Will post pics later.

I got mine yesterday also and I love it. I put an old OD green Laundry bag on the link chute and still working on putting a bag to catch the spent shells.:)

I plan on ordering more drums and the 120rnd box soon.
