They generaly only answer the phone on fridays. Make sure dealer is in singular form that was my mistake for the first week. thedealershowroom.com

This is so true. I ordered some barrel shims from John last year via online order. CC was charged and nothing shipped for 2 months. I was so wrapped up on a job that I forgot about it. After 2 months John called and asked if I received the shims and I told him no. He said he was sorry for the delay and would ship them right away. Well it took another 6 weeks before I actually got them. I have done business with them for years and it is always the same. So good guys, friendly, ect but VERY slow. Must be a brother to Christos!

I finally got them on the phone today, barrels are all gone. Apparently he had both A4 and A6 barrels; but not any longer.
