All depends on what you are plannig to do with the ar15. For a basic rifle that you plan on upgrading Olympic Arms is ok, however, I have never liked the fit and finish, especialally the handguards. I would recommend a basic Rock River Arms or DPMS.
the exact same thing happened to me. i told them not to ship them ( they shipped 3 rifles anyway and i sent them back) and i would not do business with them any more and i have not.hagar said:I can not recommend Olympic Arms. Before the so called assault rifle ban I built two AR's on Olympic Arms receivers and custom barrels. I ordered seven more before the ban and the order was accepted. Several weeks later I called wanting to know where my order was and Olympic Arms told me even though the order was placed and accepted prior to the rifle ban they would not sell them at the agreed price and wanted 300% more for the order which I would not agree to.
