Yep, SCOTUS refused the Illinois anti-AWB case.
In dissent, Justice Thomas (and Scalia) issued a dissent demonstrating that the laws are in clear and complete violation of Heller. Clearly, the liberal justices don't care.
That leaves the door open to just about any anti-2A actions, including Obama and Exec Orders. Bend Over!
