Go to the home page and look on the green header bar. Click the FORUMS button. On the fourms index page, click on whichever forum you want to post your new thread on. When you get on the forum, you'll have to scroll down to the bottom of the page with all the existing threads listed and look for the blue button for New Thread. Click that, and you'll be in business to start a new thread.
