The bottom part looks a lot like a part of the sight for a M203 grenade launcher. (Quadrant sight clamp). I use to have one around here and it took forever to find out what it was for.

The thing with the springs is also from an M203. (follower guide assembly). I believe the rectangular piece with the hole is also for the M203 (back plate).

The part in the upper left corner is the front sling side swivel mount for a M203 mounted M16.

It mounts underneath the front sight. The other pieces are M203 also. The piece on the right is the backplate and the middle piece is the follower guide.
