Hey Guys and Gals.

I have heard Pepsi has a new Patriotic can with the Empire State Building and the Pledge of Allegiance on it just in time for the 4th.
They decided to put the Pledge of Allegiance on the cans but decided to leave out two words. They left off "Under God " because they didn't want to offend anyone.

I don't know about you but I'm not going to spend any of my money with the words "In God We Trust" on it to support there new can.

Your thoughts?

The rule of thumb is to always check Snopes after you get those pesky chain mails from people who like to send them all the time....

is it just me or does Coke taste different now.. just from the can.. fountain is fine, but for some reason about a year or so ago canned coke just doesnt taste right to me anymore, and I was a coke drinker ever since I was a kid... now if im drinking soda from the can I prefer pepsi.... I even called coca cola and asked them if they changed anything and they said they didnt... who knows maybe my taste has changed

That's true, I have one friend who'd send me every outragous claim or bogus e-mail that hits his inbox. He slowed down a bit since I started to hit "Reply to All" with the Snopes disclaimers. It seems a little personal embareassment made him think twice!

How about the one that comes around every year that says dont buy gas this thursday so it will make the oil companies think...
