The pintle pad on the left side is 9/16. The loose pintle pad with the kit is 5/8. Will it really matter if I use it, or should they match? I figure with the pin going through the trunnion, the pad doesn't really take that much load, but I may be wrong. Thanks

Should the trunnion hole be the same size as the pintle pad hole? I'm guessing it should. The left side pintle pad is 9/16, the loose one is 5/8 and the trunnion hole is bigger than the 9/16. Am I right in guessing that the parts are from different guns? Also, the big rivet holes in the trunnion were just slightly off from the holes in the left side plate.

If your trunnion hole is 5/8, and your left side plate and pad are 9/16, you need to make a decision as to whether or not you want to bore that left side out. You could shorten the sleeve from TARGSHOOT so that it goes just to the left plate and not through it, leaving the original 9/16 hole intact on that side. You'd just want to make sure that the sleeve is secured. If it does not press in tight, a little Loc-tite would do the trick. I wouldn't leave the assembly with different diameters. JMO

Everything you'll need is on its way to you.
