I'm trying to help a buddy figure out what the heck this is. My lame guess is a stripped topcover for something big. I've looked around the web for pictures of a live one but so far no luck.

For reference, overall its approximately 11 and 11/16" long, 2" wide and 2 and 1/2" tall.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

As always, this place rocks. Nothing like getting chapter and verse for where to look! Thanks for the help, I was so stuck on the topcover thing and thinking maybe 20MM or something that I never would have thought to look through recoiless stuff.

Awesome!!!
