A friend sent me a few pictures of the side plate markings on a AC M2 rebuilt at Anniston and Red River most of them I can figure out but to the right of the original inspectors marking (ABQ) is FS-IT hand stamped anyone have a clue what that is?

Charlie,
Could the FS be Florence Stove and the other two letters a die number or another inspector mark? Kind of like they did on metallic belt links, 50 cal, M2?

Just a thought,
