Has anyone figured out what sells at KCR?

Six months ago I was selling so many MG34 barrels I ran out, grabbed every one off other dealer's table to put on mine, and marked them up from $125 to $150 and sold them all. As of Friday morning, Allegheny still had a bunch at $80 each. Go figure.

1919a4 kits sold poorly, despite being excellent condition and readily available. ?? Why? Even a few complete guns went home with the sellers, at the same price they flew away in April.

Ammo prices way down, yet seems nobody buying.

What did sell big?

Its waves. Never can tell what will sell or what will sit. I never go with a real specific list.. I did snag a SWEET MG42/MG3 receiver inspection tool though..

Geez, I can't get a break around here. I am sure, fastmonkey, that guys who don't know you are going to be thrilled that you posted their pictures on the forum. No doubt you got their permission, signed release, etc. You didn't get my signed release, so your lawyer will be hearing from mine...

And GSG, I was very disciplined with the gentleman- and he was, indeed, a gentleman- that is pictured with me there. Had a great conversation with him, and that's all that mattered.

Rory has it right, though. I don't give anything away for free. But I am happy to give away OTHER people's stuff! The items in the box were someone else's that fastmonkey put on my table, including his adolescent art work enhancement. I did have approval from the owner of the complimentary box of stuff. Among the most coveted items at Knob Creek are earplugs...

I must admit after standing behind the tables for a few hours and being annoyed at people knocking over the box I did play a juvenile game of hangman that turned into a magnificent piece of artwork :D

However the real gem was that when we were packing up another vendor offered to buy the box . I was happy to let him have it for free lol
