I have one just like it. Made by Appliance Mfn. Co. 1945 missing original brass label but stamped on the side of the head by the front leg. Looks and works great.

I bought my tripod from this person. It took about 6 weeks for it to be delivered from Germany. The data plate is missing but everything else seems like it's there.
