I have 200 rds. of 165 and 180 gr. Corelokt softpoints and they look a
tad shorter than the Milsurp I have been shooting lately. Are they going
to hang up in Miss Piggy??

Has anyone shot this particular ammo in a 1919??

Thanks! :)

....too short...?

Commercial ammo should not pose any feeding problems....usually. However,as with all military weapons, soft point hunting-type ammo may not feed as well as FMJ. Each gun has its own quirkey problems...some will feed OK....some won't. All you can do is try. Just make sure all lube points are just that...lubed up. DO NOT lube ANY AMMO....!!! I would suggest that you shoot a few FMJ rounds first, warm it up,check headspace (again) and then try the commercial ammo.

Try it and see. Some guns have trouble with short rounds, but I never have probably because instead of the front cartridge stop stud rivet I have the older style front cartridge stop with the slot for the projo. You can get them from Ohio Ordinance. Mike
