They didn't get a high enough offer on the sealed bids so now it is being moved to an open auction for the same lots minus lot 'D' which was a number of privately owned guns, including all the M1 carbines. There is a court hearing on March 3 for a motion to sell, which if approved sets the auction for March 23 at 2pm. Approved bidders must have a valid FFL and will have 45 days after the auction to clear out the goods leaving the warehouse in broom clean condition. There is a clause regarding bad ammunition which is included in the lot and must be dealt with by the winner.

Century won for $1.5m I understand. From what I gather the ammo is hitting the market in the coming weeks. As for the rest who knows. Having personally seen the inventory it could take a good while to sort it out and list.
