yeah it's possible.......but the parts would be the biggest hurdly to ovecome........the M249 is still in the inventory, kinda hard to find parts out there for them.
We can order all of the parts(FN distributer), but FN is sooooooooo slow to ship. 8 months to get 2 M240 barrels The other problem is keeping the sheet metal receiver straight when it is rewelded. They really want to twist bad, even when jigged up tight.
Biggundoctor give me your info, I may need to buy some parts from you. The dicks at the shot show wouldn't give me the time of day. i need some police less leathal weapons.
The Enfield has already been converted to semi-auto operation. I believe it was by someone from New Zealand during WWII. I think there is a picture of it in Small Arms of the World.
