OK! I'm in final stages of prep for Parkerizing. Couple of questions on small parts. Do I have to dissassemble small part assys that are pinned together with springs like the belt feed pawl? What about parts that screwed together? And what about the belt feed lever with the pivot pin attatched? Will the parkerizing freeze these parts together like a rust? How about the trigger assy? I'm forgetting another detail and will rememeber after I post this.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes and yes. The only thing you don't have to disassemble is the rear sight. One reason to disassemble everything is that before you park you have to blast and you never blast any springs...including the sear spring. Also, you don't want to trap blast dust and grit in your gun.

Also, you'll never get all the oils and grease out from between those parts unless fully stripped.
