I watched that particular debate,, it was found out the next day that several of the You Tube "impartial" questioners were Democratic plants,, let into the debate to attempt to undermine the Republican candidates. In Guliani's case, I think he handled the question well,, I have heard other interviews with him and he indicated that what he had to do and was able to do as Mayor of NYC is entirely different than his possible responsibilities as President.
New York City was quite a wildwest show when he took it over. I'm not sold on ANY candidate at this point,,, they're all such Gems.
