All the info you need to build one is still here look to the left on the home page its right there & as for the semi conversion Brian 30calmachinegunner is the one to contact he is the best. as for the Plate you can get @ Ohio Rapid Fire or I believe Brian has some for sale also the Rivets from MSG a member here also scroll through the posts he recently posted them for sale with some nice drill bits also hope this helps.
