I only know vintage military firearms.

Doesn't look like a Glock, so maybe a SIG?

wow that was pretty cool for what looked like a 10y old girl she was pretty quick when it jamed. that type of skill isnt so much a skill as a reflex and she has got it down. one more thing, 6 jams what kinda pistol was that "ruger maybe" i have fired thousands of rounds through my S.A. 1911 high cap and only had 2 or 3 jams she might need to practice some cleaning skills

Okay, YOU can tell her she needs to practice cleaning.

More likely than not, she's experiencing failures due to 'limp-wristing' ... I'm betting her hand strength isn't good enough yet to fully control the recoil of a semi auto pistol.

A lot of women (and some guys) have this exact problem. My Austrian nurse friend Mandy has this problem with a mini custom 45acp. Tim, the local gunsmiff has tuned this gun to feed unloaded cases, yet Mandy still has occasional jams like this video. None of us have any problem with this gun.

thats exactly what i was thinking as well, my wife sometimes has that problem with the big calibers. If you look closely at the vid some rounds she handles well but some of them are recoiling very harshly in her hand - so the limp wristing is a very real possibility.

I think she needs a smaller caliber personally.
