While I can say it is interesting to read some of the threads that are posted here regarding current social issues. Could we please stick to the issues more directly relating to 1919's or at least firearms in general.
These off topic threads tend to become a forum for all of us to make a comment. We would be helping ourselves more if we conserve our space and not have un-related threads that end up six pages long or even just limit the comments after an informative 1st post.
Thanks. MT-AC
Well,,, finally someone to slap some sense into us,, I was to the Flee Market page,, uh,, Main Page. not much doing there,,, Lets see,,, open talk,, I think I might find it,,, ah yes,, here it is.
Seriously,, I am glad to see the action here,, the new threads, the posts. MT-AC,, if you check out the hugh number of threads and posts on Open Talk, compaired to the other forums you will see why everyone reacted to this thread. I've been here since 03,, 1600+ posts on the old forum,,, many of the other guys have been here longer. Open Talk has been #1 hands down most posted to forum here,,,PERIOD!
I have three 1919's up on the wall,,, built several others,, I have offered help to any who have asked for it,, as have everyone here. The kits are drying up,,, the popularity of these weapons has sent anything to do with them into a sellers market,,, most of the time, financially out of reach of most. Surplus Ammo is all but gone,, and now you see the profiteers trying to clean up on that. I've seen 1260 rd cases of South African going for $700 plus,,,
What do you want to talk about,,, I have always been fond of hearing about new laws coming up for vote in the senate and house

,, how about a new joke from Old Coot??

, or 1000 ways to melt a barrel from D8???
Well from now on you won't find these threads on the Main page,,, but I reckon you might find em here,,, if you care to hunt for em.
