They must have really gone down hill. About 6 years ago, I bought a 1919 from then when I was living in the People's Republik of Kalifornia and I had a problem with the shroud (it looked like someone had tried to use pipe wrench on it and just parked it to cover it up). I had a new shroud in about 4 days. Sounds like the Customer Service Department needs to be retrained.
