So has anyone brought any action against this bum or what? I was ripped off around the same time everyone else was. I tried to start a Postal investigation into it but was told I could only do that from my home computer and I had to have a printer (which I don't). Thought his name was Tim not Jim...

I purchased something and have't received it.
Trying to calmly figure out why.
I have copies of all of the emails between us .
Paid with a postal money order/ shipped to him priority mail w/ delivery confirmation.
Just trying to get in contact with him and give the heads up for people that might be dealing with him.
There may be a good reason why he hasn't shipped or replied to any of my email. So I'm not going to flame him here.
I'm aware of the fact that my initial purchase was from another board.
I posted on Sturm but know many view this board as well.
Any help in contacting him or info would be appreciated.

I live in Chesapeake & go through Norfolk all the time, I'll ask some people if they have heard of him. If I find anything out I'll Pm you. I hate to see a fellow board member get ripped off.
Also If this does not get resolved contact the post office with all the info you have including money order recept, fraud is a crime they have investigators who like getting dirt bags.
And have the other people that have been burned by him contact the post office so they can build a better case against him.

That sucks, George. But Allen is right. Since this is a mail order deal with delivery confirmation, and you used a Postal Money Order, he risks getting the Feds on him. I understand they can really make a guy like that uncomfortable! I'd have them start looking into this soon.
Meanwhile, kudos to KABAR2 for helping out!

When I first posted here I didn't know he had taken a few others.
I found out he had been banned from the Sturm board.
I really thought he might be in the reserves or still active military and that would explain the delays.I hope it is the case but it doesn't look to good now.

We just got jaked by this guy as well. Mailed him a check back in May and he hasn't shipped anything, and won't return any e-mails. Postal Fraud looks like the way to go.
