Hello,
A friend has a few orig. WWII 100 round belts for sale and I was wondering what would be a fair price to give him for them? I have not bought any cloth belts in a long while and I am out of touch with what they are bringing these days.
Thanks for any help, Thompsongunner

IMA belts

I have been using the 100 rounders for a year and a half they seem to hold up well most of them look new to me.

Had one bad one fabric was frayed, looked like defective fabric IMA replaced it no problem.

Some of them have US stamped on one end.

Could be repors don't care they work.

The 250 round white ones with the triangular brass stater tab are of better quality.

I paid $30 a belt at the last gun show.

I've had some trouble loading with those 100 round IMA's, might be the loader,? but it works fine with the 250 rd belts.

I always pre load the belt with a drumstick (not the ice-cream kind) when the belt is new and that helps.
