I think both of those women should get some kind of fine, the cop for being parked where she shouldn't, and did you notice there were spots on either end of her car, she was just too lazy to walk the extra distance, but the fact that she is a minority and a women has a lot to do with the situation, it's almost impossible for a minority women to get fired from a government job, thanks to the feds, that other piece of trash just needed a swift kick to the head, what a witch, with a capital B, I would like to see some thing done about cops like that, don't they have to pass some kind of minimal fitness test, that tub couldn't run a block if her life depended on it, let alone the people she's supposed to protect, sure she's just a ticket nazi but she's still a cop!
