Going the getrdone route again. I have to at least get this jacket finished so I can move forward with the Model of 1917 BMG. I built a gun from spare parts for practice. If I get a nice jacket ready hopefully it will inspire me to finish the box or Rollin is ready to do his part. My jacket his 17 box.?????

Will mess with my tool as time permits to see if I can make it work.

The front cap screwed in with ease. The trunnion needed a little cleanup with the thread chaser. It went right in. I picked up this new made jacket from GunBroker for around $500. Was told who might have made this. Thinking Ohio Ordnance but might be wrong. It was an old production run so no more for sale I know of.

Another step taken. I have more than one to do so figure having a good tool for a few installs is better than a Cresent wrench. It slides on just snug enough not go over the sideplate keyway? Where arrow is pointing. Can adjust tightness with different thickness washers.
