Congrats. This will probably correct the short stagnation in the mg prices. It has been a buyers market the last 6 months and I have bought 2 beltfeds since christmas with a deal working now on a third. I have been telling my long time shooting friend who has been into machineguns since the 60's if the prices ever dropped even a little I was going to buy some stuff. I was bound and determined to take advantage of the first fall, even if it was slight, in mg prices since 1986. I suggest you do the same and enjoy your newfound liberty.;)

Rory... You might be even happier if the Ohio legislation passes the "Alaskan Carry Bill"... screw the CCW we now have. The Alaskan Bill is way better and the fargen Plain Dealer can't publish your fargen name in the fargen paper!

Or is that fraken? Depends on which tv show or movie, I guess.

All the mg's for sale will be somewhat less playful if:
A) you can't find ammo
B) you find ammo, but can't afford it.

*sniffle* somethings gotta change so we can get our cheap ammo back.

If you think that's hurtful, think of having all the ammo but nothing to shoot it out of. . .

When ammo is expensive, buy guns!!
Thats right, you have to look long term. They are still making ammo, but they arent making any more transferrable machine guns. The same folks complaining about ammo now were the ones complaining about the price of guns several years ago when yugo 8mm was $45 a case delivered. They are never going to be low at the same time. Im not saying transferrables are cheap by any means, but they are cheaper now than they have been and when you look at the buying power of the dollar, and the fact that everything else has gone up in the past 12 months you realize these are really buying times for mg's. It could be a long time before mg prices slacken off again once they resume there steady price rise. Think about it, this is the first time in over 20 years they have even sat still, mutch less backed up in price. Say the market was overinflated, overpriced, crazy, or whatever you want to call it, but I remember folks saying that same stuff about mg's in the early 90's. Its like I said above, these are the good old days for buying mg's. The ammo will come back sooner or later, but like gas it will never be as low as it was. Mg's will take off again and they might not be as affordable as they are right now ever again. Remember, this opinion is worth exactly what you paid for it.;)
