why buy them? you can make your own by taking a cable tie and loop it through the double link, it works just as well

There is an Ebay seller who has them on a regular basis. He is in Canada and demands payment in international money orders but does not state this in his auction. Usually get 2 dozen for 20$ plus shipping. The IMO cost $4 at the post office instead of the normal $1 fee.

Dissapointing

You might want to see a few starter tabs in real life before you buy them. There is really nothing to 'em.

I picked up a handfull at Knob Creek for $2 each. I don't know who it was that was selling them, but he was a real nice guy.
