Received this handle a while ago and thought the rust would be a thin layer and could simply be removed, but it was more like when you pull on a small piece of thread only to find you just ruined a good shirt.

Anyway, who can clean up my mess and make it where it doesn't look like a 3 year old tried messing with it?

....wait....don't do that..!!!

Wait....No need for that. Just leave the handle cap on. Un-screw the handle screw first...may want to soak it overnite with some WD40 to loosen it. Then just tap the wood off the metal handle. Blast it,park it and reassemble. The handle cap is glued in place anyway....just leave it on. Have done over (20) of these that way......

I received mine today and only wish i did this sooner. It is great. (I can post images if anyone is interested.)

Mine too had the "white" added to the numbers. I know it is easy to do but it is the little things that people do to make them stand out from others.

Thanks again and I have your card. Hope to see you produce a web site soon.:D

web sight......i wished, just not the computer type, however i did get my co. name and logo registered with the U.S.P.T.O. ...building a business with a full time job, kids in college and still needing a couple pieces of equipment is tough. but i will get there. as you can tell from my biz card i am going as cheap as possable when it comes to stuff like that. as far as anything that leaves my shop has to pass my muster. just like the pintle repair bushing i sell, those are each cked, parked recked for correct tolerance before going into the parts bin..glad you liked the handle:)
Thanks to all who have bought or have gotten service from me, it is appreciated.
