I can't see any suppliers offering them.

Go to the old forum and search poster. Someone was selling the old 1946 Belgium training plates for $65 (worth it for what you get) I think he only had plate II. I needed plate III to finish my collection...good luck.

They are in French & Dutch. Easy enough to translate with http://babelfish.altavista.com/, and looks swell hanging in your gun room, den or over the bed $45 shipped in a cardboard tube. Paypal OK.
