Of course I still offer complete builds of your parts kits, 2800 refinished in beautiful black park using a satin bead blast on your parts kit with original left, add 425 if you need one. All riveted and soldered construction. Add 75 for coil spring firing pin conversion per semi lock and 50 per extra firing pin, you supply original pin to convert. I have openings available for a 5 to 6 month turn around right now, no money up front, just send me your kit to get a place in line.
Thanks, Dennis Ricke

Dennis,

I have been looking for a left plate for many many moons now, please put me down for one of each. I am 96% sure I have another Australian kit laying here somewhere that I would like to have you build as well once I get some other projects finished up.

Thanks,
Dustyn J

Installing and soldering the plate discolors it and the trunnion along with the left when installed so the whole thing needs to be refinished once its installed, not to mention needing to finish the rivets so I don't think the original finish can be saved. I can ask my refinish guy to only blast the plate once installed and the discolored areas. Price would be just a bit cheaper if none of the other parts are refinished unless modified for semi.

Email me at [email protected] for payment info, any payment made would be held until plates are ready to ship out.

I only will offering complete 100% plates, left and serialized right, but don't offer semi parts for sale. I make them in small runs according to perceived need for the year.

I can also convert to 54R during the build, forgot to add that.

I'll take a right side plate to rebuild a very early "Lonnie" gun where we were experimenting.

I know the quality of Dennis' work on Vickers. He's done two for me (a fluted V-series and fixed a botched 8mm Turkish). In a single word, superb!

I normally machine my own plates. As it happens, I just sat down last night to draw up a left plate. Looks like a nasty little job and I only need one, so I am glad to see this offer. The timing is perfect as I plan a small batch build this winter.

I will take one left plate and two right side plates.

PM sent.
