Seems very simple, we (as sellers) will know when the MO arrives, simply drop it in the mail to shots and ship the package. We can even ask the a pre-addressed stamped envelope be included with payment so that it doesn't cost us the additional stamp to send it on.

What do you think? We are supposed to be policing ourselves.
