A post a bit back was commenting on how wikipedia had information on militias wrong. I looked it and indeed the information is not as any member here would understand it.
One of the statements made was that only 7 percent of guns owners had guns at probate. Sourced to some one else, but that is only in Bellesiles book. So I made my first edit and insertion. Painfully easy.
I see a lot of good information being passed around on this site in a number of firearms supportive topics. Certainly some of you have outstanding historical knowledge and appear able to source it. That is a big deal with me.
Why shouldnt we update sites like Wikipedia? It would certainly present history better if nothing else.
So thats my challenge to all of us.
