It's a great display piece, but I think only the baseplate is from an M-120. I'm not sure about the rest. I've actually been looking for one of those plates, and they are pretty tough to turn up.
Growing up watching movies, we all believe mortars go "PLOOMPFH" when they go off.....
The first time I dropped a 4.2 inch round, my heart nearly stopped beating from the percussion. It literally felt like my insides were being hit with a shock wave.
Our current 120's are just as bad. Ive seen squads have to PULL baseplates out of the ground with their trucks.
It will vaporize a filled styrofoam coffee cup leaving only the base and 2 drops of coffee on the base if you set it on the edge of the mortar hatch opening then hang a round.. Not a deop or spray evidence ANYWHERE else, not even bits of rest of cup.
