Keep your loads on the mild side, and you will have no issues with the reformed 24 gauge shotgun brass.
I've used solid turned brass from NDFS, then of my own manufacture after the NDFS brass became unavailable.
I've reformed many CBC 24 gauge shotgun brass into 577 Snider and 577/450 Martini Henry (have also converted 32 gauge shotgun brass into 11mm Turkish Peabody and 11mm Murata). I've also reformed 577 3 inch Nitro Express brass into 577/450.
I've never had any issues with any of the above failing, if you keep chamber pressure to original levels.

Sorry, I do not like to give out my load data.
There is load data available on the net for 5744.
Hint! I used some of that data.
