I built my 1919's a few years ago. I've been meaning to pick up a couple of extra triggers and sears. Now that I'm finally getting around to it, I noticed they changed the design. So what I'm looking for is 2) "old style" narrow triggers and sears. Nothing is wrong with the ones that I have, but it's a crew served weapon, and I have spares of everything else. Any help or coments are appreciated.

Just a follow-up question. What is involved in convering an old style KMP triggger and sear to a new style? I'm in the same boat.

The sears haven't changed, there have been basically 3 trigger designs used,
the first was a narrow trigger from front to back.
the second had the narrow center section at the pivot point but the rest was wider
the third and so far final version is full width from front to back
To change to the newer style the center section of the lock frame needs widened back out to the original size. If it's one I did the steel inserts are just silver soldered in place, I can remove them for you free if you want, others have brazed up or welded the area.
I have at least one new second style trigger yet, $65

I have one of the first versions if anyone wants to trade it for a third version. Sorry to hijack the thread, but my computer has been dead for several days.
version 1, 2 and 3 ?? sounds like a movie !!!LOL. see ya. tomt----oh, version 4 not out yet !!!
