The set screw fell out and trigger jammed up and bent.

I guess I'll give them a call directly.

Usually KMP does a pretty darn good job about a warranty on their stuff, call and talk to them first

Be very careful! From you picture it looks like your drive spring is not completely locked into place. The slot on the back of the drive spring appears to be angled and not at a 90 degree position. It is a loaded spear gun and can be deadly. Stay safe!
