Rails or receiver? The rails will easily line up using the 2 or 3 holes in the remaining receiver sections. I actually used them to help spec my build.
If you want a receiver jig......good luck. You are better off making one yourself. The MG42 receiver isnt especially hard to weld, the only real problematic part is the front section with the booster bushing and threads.
