Is it a West Hurley Fullauto or semi Thompson

I have some WWII 30rd Thompson stick mags still in the greasepaper wrapping that I am selling. I think I also have a few that are out of the paper and have been cleaned and degreased.

Do you have a full auto NFA registered West Hurley or do you have a semi auto gun?

The prices for the mags are

I have been selling the greasepaper wrapped 30rd stick mags for $30.00 each plus shipping. But if you buy all three I would sell them for $90.00 shipped. One thing you do need to know is that the Semi West Hurley guns were made with a different magazine catch than the original full auto guns.

Semi Auto Thompsons use a modified thompson magazine where the magazine catch hole is modified to be oval. Or you can modify your magazine catch so that it can be used with original Thompson stick magazines. My stick magazines are original WWII 30rd Thompson submachinegun magazines so you will need to modify the magazine catch hole on each one to work with your semi's magazine catch. Or you can modify your magazine catch.

A note of caution once you modify the magazines to work with a semi Thompson they will no longer work in a full auto gun so it is better to modify your semi auto's magazine catch to work with the original full auto mags so they will not lose their value.

If you want the magazines I accept United States Postal Money orders and will need your shipping address to verify you do not live in a restricted state. Magazines are sold AS IS and will come to you still wrapped in the original greasepaper wrapping. Sale will be made only in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Let me know if you want the magazines as I don't have that many left.

Thanks,

I will not be able to sell you the mags they are prohibited in your state

Hello,

In your email you said your zip code was 08091 which shows as the zip code for West Berlin, New Jersey: Camden County. New Jersey state law prohibits magazines in excess of 15rds. The magazines I have for sale are WWII 30rd Thompson stick magazines which would be illegal for a New Jersey resident to own. As stated in my terms sale would be made only in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

From what I understand the sale of these magazines would not be in compliance with New Jersey state law. So I cannot and will not sell these magazines to you as this would not be in compliance with the law and would place me as the seller and you as the buyer in violation of the law. I do not know if you know the law but here is a good place to start http://www.nraila.org/statelawpdfs/NJSL.pdf I will not violate the law so don't ask.
