wtk value of 8mm APIT, incinerary and AP UPDATED WITH PIX

i have the opportunity to pick up some APIT 8mm head stamp 38t4135* he is asking .50 cents for the APIT
incinerary head stamp k45 z18 and 5244 CG SP* with a block/purple tip. he is asking $1.5 a round for the incinerary
and straight up AL FN 38 head stamp. asking .50 cents a round.
i have no idea what specialty rounds like this are worth but if this is an amazing price i might just pick them up.
Im not too knowledgeable about surplus ammo, especially oddball rounds like this. if anyone who knows what these might be and if the value is about right, i would greatly appreciate any insight you might have.
thanks

Important to also consider

Important to also consider what is the date the ammo was produced as this will also determine it value. Many special projectiles interact with the chemicals in the powder causing them to fail. As an easy example the surplus .223 or .308 tracers projectiles available from dealers were ammunition lots that failed in testing for reliabilty.

If you are just looking at head stamps for collecting that is another consideration.

APIT is 1938
incinerary is 1954 or 1944
AP is made by FN and 1938
assuming i am interpreting the date codes right from the info on the stamps.
my FFL said that the stuff is most likeley german WWII.
